No, it is not in the Maps folder. I just checked on both the client and the server. Even other users have the same problem, being the first time entering the server.
Something that I also confirmed about both files is the weight and number of elements inside. In both cases it is the same, that is, in the Map downloaded from the server and the client.
For that reason it leaves me confused, I really have no idea why it happens.
