So theres a couple of workshop mods that kicks me when it says legacy item thingy, what does it mean??

Whats the actual full error?
Also that sounds like itd be caused by a server still using unsupported Unity 5.5 mods (Nelson made a switch like 4-5 years ago to 2017.4 LTS and everything since then is still fine)

You can still get the last version of Unturned in Unity 5.5 by switching to it in the betas

Well I tried to look in Provider for Legacy as a rejection reason and I couldnt find anything

Maybe its just poor google translate that translates outdated into legacy or smth idk
