im using gtxhosting and have a scheduled backup every night at 3am, but for the past 2 days everytime a backup occurs, the openmod permissions no longer works and it sets it to rocketmod perms

im using gtxhosting and have a scheduled backup every night at 3am, but for the past 2 days everytime a backup occurs, the openmod permissions no longer works and it sets it to rocketmod perms
all the plugins work and i get no errors but this message

when the backup happens, ALL of openmod is disabled for me
none of the openmod perms or configs work anymore
