Workshop items are not working properly

[inland lance]

all of the items and assets are subscribed and loaded however they are not showing ingame
i checked the file integrity and it didn't work
is there anything apart reinstalling the game that i could do??

This applies to curated content aswell

it works fine in a game but not in the editor
