I have a problem when you run Unturned at me loaded GPU at 90 percent after this more I have 60 fps (I have a 60 hertz monitor) falls gradually to 10 on any map, even in the map editor.
What i tried to do to fix the bug:
1 - Reset settings
2 - Processes are removed from the task manager, which is a lot of eaten (not Unturned the other applications, because I thought it was a virus)
3 - deleted mods
4 - reinstalled Unturned
