MY friends and I are trying to publish our vehicle commission for our server and are having trouble setting up the mod fully and successfully at it's most recently updated state. My friend publishes the mod and the files on his side, but the workshop mod docent show or post successfully on our server or to others. What do we do?

Did they post it as public or unlisted?

If you sub manually to the mod, can you spawn the vehicles in single player?

Yes, when we went into single player mode the vehicle spawned and worked corrently.

Then the issue comes from the way you set up your workshop.json file
