Aah you got to that point.
Ok so first ofc
Enable set to true

Desc empty

Protocol UDP

Local IP your computer ipv4 that you get by opening cmd and writing ipconfig

Local Port 27015

Remote IP empty or if that does not work try 0.0.0.0

Remote Port 27015

You have to create a 2nd rule after that with same settings just change the ports to 27016

Maybe it works now if you create 2 rules one for 27015 and one for 27016

If you know the public ipv4 you can try connecting using it or well ask a friend
