#my rig lacks weights (or i rigged it in wrong way)

go to weight paint mode
intended use is to make it work
red part needs to move up and down just like in blender
but it doesnt do that in unity 🥺

Or are you trying to make the animation in unity based on these weight paints?
thats not animation i just want rig to work properly
it seemed like an easy thing to solve but after asking 5 people it seems its really not 😂

try just selecting the verticies that aren't moving and assigning them 1.0 influence in the vertex groups tab in blender
doubt it'll make a difference but idk go wild
that would just make them moving in fixed position to the bone
