#why does my mesh have a gap in legs?

Model_Src is fucked in a weird way, the skeleton's leg bones (upper and lower leg on both, not hip) are flipped. simply rotate them 180 in blender and apply pose as rest pose, then re export everything the same.
notice how the legs have BR and BL on the front, which are back indicators, noted by the B.
