but now C:\Users\Server\AppData\Local\Temp\3582-490
i'm trying delete 3582-490 file, and reInstall SteamCMD.
However, SteamCMD keeps redirecting to the wrong path.
Even after reinstalling, the same problem occurs again after updating several times.
I've searched for a solution, but I can't seem to find one, so I'm asking here.

Shouldn't matter so long as you have enough space there. Change the default install directory I guess.
That is odd but it has been some time since I used SteamCMD so take what I say with a grain of salt

@distant dawn Temporarily solved.
Before logging in to SteamCMD, force_install_dir <path> was used to forcibly change the path.
But I couldn't fix SteamCMD's forced redirect.
