I read the word tick when I was scrolling through some server's details tab, and the world tick came about a lot, mostly with bleeding, regeneration, infection, and so on. But what is a tick in Unturned?

Can't tell you whats its based on right now, but its a measure of time unturned uses
the more ticks the slower it is. it also applies for fire rate and such

But how is it set? Does the host gets to set the tickrate or is something that flows up and down depending on what the server is working on?
