Hi, has anyone had this problem before? When I try to bake the navigation, the game just ignores it.

Your collider is too complex to make a navmesh, try to create a simplified version

copy the settings from a vanilla model

navigate to a vanilla building, click that buttton, make a preset and apply that preset to your own fbx models
