i loaded in and my last saved game just doesnt exist anymore, how do i recover it?

figured id ask here first since its a modded save

like maybe its steam cause i try to verify their integrity and it says 1 file failed and will be reaqcuired but then doesnt do it

ive spent like 18+ hours in this save so im trying not to crashout lol

The one file is normal. That is BepInEx changing it

It is possible that a mod caused it, so send your log

Your BepInEx log file can be found in Subnautica/BepInEx or SubnauticaZero/BepInEx depending on the game you're trying to mod. Once you've found the log file, you can just drag it into Discord to send it.

Yeah, going to take me some time going through this. I'll say things as I find them.

Your Terrain Patcher is outdated.

You have two DecorationsMod's installed. You should only have the (Continued) one installed, but you need to rename its folder to DecorationsMod

Not sure which Cyclops Docking Mod you have installed, but make sure it is the (Continued) one

You have some structure mods in your plugins folder that weren't installed correctly, because they weren't packaged Vortex friendly probably and one save. Vortex can't install those either

Of all the structure mods you tried to install, only 4th Degasi base was packaged Vortex friendly

CraftableLargeFilteredWater.txt you'll need to manually put into the CustomCraft3\WorkingFiles folder

Weird, I mean everything was working perfectly fine

CyclopsVehicleUpgradeConsole was packaged inside a Plugins folder instead of a plugins folder, so Vortex didn't install that correctly either

It is highly likely that it doesn't work and could cause serious issues, so I suggest removing it

#

You should be weary of mods older than the 13th August 2025 and rather read the posts before installing those

Especially some of EldritchCarMaker's

Then structure files must be loading from outside the EpicStructureLoader\Structures folder and Kallie23 must have added that functionality to the mod without her remembering doing it

That or your log is different from how you had the mods installed
