Basically I wanted to remove a mod that added sub biomes and other things. Every time I remove the mod I see these details in the midle of the water or some creatures that shouldn't be in that biome. I am using the new patch so the others mods doesn't work but it keep showing up. The mod is Rising Waters

Save your game while the mod is uninstalled. Quit Subnautica. Open Subnautica and load the save
