Have removed all mods and fresh installed, base is powered but with no power indicator in the bottom left. Base can be fully powered with fabricator working but oxygen goes down while in the base, hull strength is fine with no hull breaches whatsoever. Doing a complete fresh install to try to fix this as now my stock game is bunged.
