So if i install vehicle mods they dont show up ingame or the F5 menu... (In the f5 menu nothing shows up)

Nope, highly depends on the mod author

As for now, if you can, you can simply downgrade a version by choosing the march_2023 beta test branch on steam
Keep in mind that that means that you will need to also downgrade other mods to versions that were uploaded before august 13th 2025
