They do not appear in the crafter but they are visible in the blueprint tab in the PDA. I tried with only the lastest DWEquipmentBonanza (0.20.0.0), Nautilus (pre.41) and CustomDataBoxes (1.2.0.0a)
I think I can add them back with CustomCraft3, but I want to know if I can fix this before trying things.

Your BepInEx log file can be found in Subnautica/BepInEx or SubnauticaZero/BepInEx depending on the game you're trying to mod. Once you've found the log file, you can just drag it into Discord to send it.
