I did everything a YouTube tutorial asked me to do, but the "mod manager" tab that was supposed to appear still doesn't appear, and the mods don't work.

Did you install Subnautica Mod Manager manually, because you didn't do it with Vortex. It is not in the list of the mods you installed with Vortex.

You are already using Vortex, so just use that to manage your mods.

Also AFAIK Hydra hasn't been updated to work on the latest version of the game?

Also, you can't claim BepInEx or Nautilus isn't working, because you didn't check the options menu in your video.
