unable to deconstruct hatches When underwater with Nautilus

Whenever I build a base underwater and try to deconstruct the hatch of the base it says must deconstruct underwater first this has been a consistent problem with the Natalist mod

its a problem with the sealsub mod

not the nautilus mod

you can try to fix it by installing buildingtweaks

and pressing g to override
