Looks like a highly outdated QMod (6 years old), so I don't think it's gonna work.
If I had to guess it's for QMM2 based on the "0Harmony.dll" being in the requirements lol
idk if there's an updated version of it somewhere out there on the internet, but I would highly doubt this version would work.
You can try it though if you own the game on Steam. You would wanna switch to the legacy branch (Steam -> Subnautica -> Betas -> Legacy), and then you would wanna install QModManager for Subnautica from nexus mods, then run the game once with it installed to generate a QMods folder in your Subnautica folder. And then finally you would extract the .7z archive (install 7-zip if you don't have it to extract it) so the TealSuit folder within goes into the Subnautica\QMods folder.
However, as I said, it probably isn't gonna work though, since it's 6 years old (as indicated by the "6y" next to the filename) and seems to be for an old version of QModManager, and a version of the game older than the legacy branch.
