A saw is one of the main tools for construction and for some reason it does not exist in the estate agent shops. It has very few sources in general compared to other tools.

I think it would be a little odd for them to sell saws. I think keeping it to Sawmills selling saws makes more sense - or even adding them General Stores (members worlds).
I would agree though that Saws have fewer sources than probably expected. So as well as the above, I think more Saw item spawns would be nice.
The Varrock estate agent already has a Saw item spawn. So maybe instead of selling them, each Estate agent can have a Saw item spawn nearby?
