I posted the above post trying to figure out why my fiancé was perma banned and we could only assume it was because of this touchscreen issue people have also complained about. We spent all day focusing on this, I didn't even think to check my new hardcore Ironman as well. I go to log into it and mine is banned too for macroing! So now we are REALLY baffled because I didn't even use the surface pro. I only played on this character on the laptop I use daily including playing on my main group iron man character. What the hell is going on? No one else has had an issue with this?? I submitted my first appeal but I am not hopeful based off of the experience my fiance had trying to appeal his. I just don't even know what to think about this 🫠🫠🫠 is it possible we were flagged for making two new accounts and immediately signing them up for membership under the same credit card or something? But then why banned for macroing specifically??
