but:

You specifically have to use the range in the building between the Catherby bank and the archery shop, the one in the building immediately north of that doesn't count.

this makes no sense. why is part of catherby not in catherby as designated?

I think it has to do with the fact that specific range was given a unique object ID and the task would only trigger if it's with that specific ID.

Easy fix is to make that range have the same ID.
