My old main which was banned back in 2019 has been removed from my Jagex account and I can't recover it with the username as it says it doesn't exist. Has it been deleted?

It's possible, the appeal an offence support page says:
Please note: As per our Privacy Policy, we will only retain personal data on an account for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for and any period required by law. We must delete and/or anonymise personal data where required to comply with data protection laws including if the relevant retention period has expired (for example, deleting accounts inactive for substantial periods of time). __If an account has had a ban on it for 6 years or longer, then the account will not be recoverable, as the account or the necessary data for us to identify the account will no longer exist. __

Anyway to get a confirmation from Jagex? I still had an appeal I was waiting to do in hopes of getting it back after all these years.
