im not sure how old patch notes you are reading but they have made crystal extractor almost irrelevant for salvaging. you get 14k xp/h from it if you click it tick perfect. The xp you mention has never been the case for pirate shipwreck, unless you mean crewmates salvaging xp which went from like 50xp to 30xp. It was nerfed for crewmates since crewmates gave more xp/h than player salvaging

Yeah im really not sure what you are talking about, they did the exact opposite of what you claim, they nerfed the crystal extractor and actually increased the exp you get from pulling up pirate salvage

Ok you get less exp if you salvage without crew but why would you do that in the first place. I feel like you watched a video which was made when they nerfed it on the 3rd of december and havent seen that they reverted pmuch all of it
