Right now dragon metal sheets only come from drops, which feels a bit odd considering we already use Smithing for other dragon metal items.
It could make sense to let players smith 1 dragon metal sheet from 15 dragon nails at 94 Smithing.
Would give dragon nails another use, provide an alternate way to get sheets, and fit nicely into late-game Smithing without making them too easy to obtain.
