Elite Void Melee should give an additional 15 melee strength bonus to help bring it on par with other elite void sets and make elite void as a whole a proper tribrid set instead of a glorified range set.

Keep in mind that elite void takes up your helm and gloves slot which is where the bulk of your melee strength usually comes from. Barrows gloves and a neitiznot helm are +16 combined and that's not even mentioning the lost bonues from the chest and pants slots

These are some comparisons of where elite void melee is compared to mid-late game melee gear on Verzik P2. Let's keep in mind how ridiculously easily obtainable void melee is compared to full bandos + faceguard.. Are you sure void melee really needs such a huge buff..? Why?
Void's huge advantage is that it requires very low amount of switches while doing raids, and it's very close to very good melee armour already... (it's often actually even better, as you can see.. In many setups one might not even bring tassets and just camp crystal legs or ahrim's robe as well...)
