Unlocked ports showing twice

I've noticed on the new level up flow, the unlocked ports are displaying twice in both the chatbox and the interface. I specifically noticed, Port Tyras showing one unlock that required Regicide and another that showed Song of the Elves as a requirement.

Not a big deal, but seemed like something that might get overlooked. Also, not really "sailing", but I have only seen this on the Sailing level up interface.

I believe this is caused by the fact that the skill guide displays the unlocks for both docking at the port, and port tasks at that port, but does not differentiate them in the level up unlock message.

Docking at Port Tyras just requires Regicide while the Port Tasks require Song of the Elves.

They really do need to make this more clear.
