Your math kinda ignores the fact that you should use specs like bclaws/dclaws, vw, bgs/dwh and surge pot to get that time. Also assuming you can just lose 3 complete hits (so FIFTEEN ticks) is a bit ridiculous for a grandmaster CA. I was far from max when i did this CA, like bandos no avernics, not sure if i had ultor yet and got in in 5-10 attempts iirc. Its one of the harder speed times but its also been powercrept to shit to be honest and will just get easier every year. I think the grandmaster speed times which you just get while normally farming the boss like vardorvis or levi or araxxor, etc etc are pretty lame. What exactly did you "achieve", you just rolled a bit high on a normal kill? You should be doing some actual strategy to get gm CAs.

I think it would have been more beneficial to ask for advice in #game-questions than a suggestion to make one of the more difficult achievements (grandmaster tier) easier.
Calcs based only on just melee hitting without providing gear, stats, prayers, and boosts are also dubious especially if you didn't factor in specs like Captain said or thralls or even veng like the wiki advices.

There is always advice to be gained because you don't have it and people do. You get people to see what you're doing, where you're making mistakes or where you can improve, and you practice practice until you get it.
If you believe the achievement to just be impossible then there would be no advice to be gained but since there are a number of grandmasters and according to the wiki, 3.8% of the player base that do have the achievement, it's not impossible.

I haven't gotten this CA yet, and have thousands of Vorkath kc across my alts. I feel your pain. It does have a factor of rng involved, however part of the CAs charm is trying your hardest to obtain them even though they can cause you anguish.

I don't have it either and my pb is 1:03. I haven't been farming for it either so even at the 1k+ kc I have I don't expect to just randomly get it.

It's fine to make suggestions even if people disagree, that's just the nature of a public forum.
You're not a bad guy for wanting it to be easier but people aren't attacking you either if they instead try to offer advice on where you can improve so you can get the CA without having the devs go back and make content easier.
