On my windows computer the jagex launcher keeps booting up with an error. I can login to the game no problem from mobile. For additional context I have to use a dedicated IP VPN to access the launcher where I play.

Looks similar to the error message associated with VPN issues. When you said you have a dedicated IP VPN, do you mean you've set up your own VPS with OpenVPN or Wireguard? Or are you using a commercial one?

hey there, we just received word that vpns may be causing issues for some people trying to log in. Unfortunately the only solution at the moment is to play without it

I currently use Nord VPN with a private IP. Thats a bummer to hear that its not working with the VPN.

Always struggled with Nord and Runescape (and other services provided by Cloudflare). This was, however, 2 years ago, and I've switched to Mulvad since.
