I decided to build the missing land sites and was surprised when I couldn't build one even tho I have the required materials (I double checked, there are limestone bricks in the bag).
Yes it is easy to take out the bricks from the bag but it's just weird that it doesn't function the same way the plank sack does.

Well the Flamtaer bag is really to be used for Shades of Mort'ton. Not really as a general purpose bag (in this case, for Limestone bricks) as something like the Plank sack is.
If a suggestion like this went through, I'd probably expect to see it work in Construction when building anything in the POH that uses Limestone bricks. And I'm a bit unsure about that.

fair, but at the same time, the quetz aren't construction buildings, you don't need a hammer or saw and they don't give construction xp

To be honest, that mostly pushes me to think that maybe they should give a little Construction XP (the lack of hammer/saw doesn't bother me much as there are exceptions to this).
My guess would be that the devs wouldn't want that to be gated behind needing a POH (which is a bit odd to me anyway).
Regardless, I think my concern is whether the Flamtaer bag is a Limestone brick bag, or a Shades of Mort'ton bag.
My guess it's designed to be the latter rather than the former.
