At the moment I can't log into the game on either my PC or my phone. Every time I try, I get stuck and the login process just doesn't continue. It also doesn't matter whether I use Wi-Fi or mobile internet.
I also tried logging in through the website, but that doesn't work either. I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not. I even tried talking to Scrapper, the AI bot, but it could only help me to a limited extent.
Since it is on all platform , I assume the problem is not related to any of my settings. I already had this issue yesterday evening, but I thought it might resolve itself by today. Unfortunately, the problem still persists.
When I try to log in on my phone, it simply doesn't proceed. On the PC, the jadex Launcher says that it is blocked before I can even do anything. It's basically the same problem as on the website.
