Tried to log into my account on my mac at university and it worked, get back home and my account is locked for suspicious activity

Now I cannot recover my account no matter what I try

When entering the correct username or password as it allows me to log in to the browser, it says sorry the details aren't recognised

I can log into the runescape home page, but if i try to go onto the client app to play the game it says its locked

I think my account is a jagex as im sure it was created after 2010

Did you actually talk with a live jmod and not just the chat bot?
