Can we not simple use a chisel to take the top off this ring and add it to our other rings? if for instance we can add this to the ultor, venator, magnus and Bellator, this ring would then be ended 1-4 times per main account (talking GE sales not including irons) to add onto each ring when using them, a lot of people would add it on just to have them, give it a new run effect, even if its slightly weaker then the ring on its own, but this would help a lot with keeping the ring relevant and help in an actual way that players are actually wanting to get it?

I personally would just have the passive effect at 500+ charges always be active, regardless of charges. And maybe change it so you can activate the ring and consume a charge for a standard stamina dose. Effectively making it a way to stack up to 1K Stamina doses in a single inventory slot.

If the ring isn't good enough, buff it until you consider using it over another ring. Options are good, and we shouldn't be trying to unify to one BiS.
