My account is blocked, and I'm the creator of the original email and the one who's been playing the game the whole time. I don't understand this situation. If I have the login email, I should receive my password reset. They should be able to detect that I'm the one who's been playing the game.

I'm not sure if they're able to help with locked legacy accounts via the live chat, so if you try that let me know what they say
