I'm sorry but the facility bottle being a one time use only item is wild. And item that is right now approximately 1/2300 to 1/2500 and is not reusable makes no sense. Would it not have been better to at this point just make it a gold sink, costing anywhere from 100k-200k?

I'm fine with moving ship parts by using an item on them, but making it a rare drop that isn't even re-usable is insane and completely out of touch
if they aren't going to be re-useable they should be either put in a crate for free next to the hammer and saw crates in the shipyard, or sold for some nominal fee if we feel they absolutely have to be a gold sink
