So im trying to register my email " login email " and its not getting sent the link to register it ive tested another email and that gets the code however my login email doesnt . I thought it might be the email itself so ive sent a email from 1 address to the login email and that works so it does get emails. but for some reason wont get the jagex email?

Your login email is used to log into the game. The registered email is used for everything else

Long before JA Accounts. just never played on it until recently and now that ive actually gotten somewhere in the game
ive registered it to another email of mine however if i try to change the email from 1 to another im still not getting emails from jagex on my OG email
just hella confusing on why its not sending to 1 but sends perfectly fine to another.

Log in on the website and go to "email and communication preferences"
Check what email is there

I have its, showing my other email i just registered to the account. Now if i request to change emails to the email I want registered that email does not get anything from jagex

Try changing it through here:
Scroll down that page and click "change email"
I’d advise to keep the emails different for better security measures
The most secure thing to do would be to upgrade to a JA

In communication preferences the current email connected is not my desired one, However 1 is currently connected for security.
