Turtles (Food/Healing) being reworked into a skilling item for sailing

I think they should be moved from a cooking item to a skilling item for sailing. Especially since we have a turtle questline now. No one uses them for food really anyway and it feels like it is in bad taste to eat them while helping their friends out.

it's like monkeys and humans, but even that's not the best comparison as monkeys are intelligent in runescape
