That would be a strong no from me, duplicating every single piece of gear specifically for PVP specifically in the Wildy is pretty wild. Even moreso since you're asking for a 1.6b item to become buyable at 10m even if it doesnt work at PVM.
If you had specific items in mind I'd be more open to the idea.

Yeah this needs more substance. Of course a tbow sucks in pvp. Can you trade these items? Do they turn to cash in loot key?

Its also a weird pick since if PVMers are in rags (as they tend to be) wouldnt the TBow passive be not as effective? Why the Tbow?
What? You use PVM gear as an example of PVP being expensive? Should you not be using PVP gear to show that PVP is too expensive these days?
