Dinghy facility slot on ships for crewmates to go to the bank

The big idea is that our crewmates be able to run to our bank similar to butlers in the POH. This would be a way to deposit drops from ship combat, trawling, or salvaging. Or a way to retrieve a couple of items that you forgot before you went on your current voyage. below I'll add a bullet list with different ideas as they come in.

-At different levels we can build different tier dinghies OR only unlock 1 tier of dinghy at high level sailing
-Different crew mates have a different number of inventory slots, or can only carry a certain type of item.
-the interface window to retrieve items brings up our bank interface
-dinghy tier or distance from bank can determine travel time

the boat aint yr house, there is no reason for your crew to be able to go and bank/retrieve things for you, just stop at a port and get it yrself

also how the hell would they get to and from yr boat, u dont have a spare 2nd boat for them to take

Yeah, seems like a silly idea. But if it were a thing, make it like ~60% chance for your crew to be attacked by sharks and sunk, losing all your loot
