Placeholders not working?

I have placeholders activated and for most of the time they work. but sometimes when I withdraw items, the placeholders disappear

is the “always set placeholders” option enabled? It’s a little lock button in your bank

It seems to also almost exclusively happen with ring of duelings

so partial charged items like rings of dueling share the same placeholder. so if you have say 2 rings with 6 charges and take both out it will wipe the slot because another partial charge placeholder already exists in your bank somewhere
