Does anyone know if the twinflame staff casts its second spell at Krakens? I saw a video on youtube with the second cast animation working properly, so I went ahead and bought a twinflame and set sail towards the vampyre krakens. But it doesn't seem to be firing off the second shot for me. I'm wondering if this was intentional via another nerf, or if maybe it's a bug.
