Maybe this is a me issue, but I had some problems telling the difference between me throwing my frog and other players throwing their frogs when I was overlapping with them/right on top of their boats.

This would lead to a situation where I would think that I threw my frog at a rock and I would keep going, but in reality it was a someone else throwing their frog, who just happened to be right under me (in the same spot I was).
So I would end up not throwing my frog at all, assuming their frog was mine, just totally messing up a number of runs.

I would've personally appreciated a setting or something to highlight my frog specifically so I would be able to differentiate right away if it was actually my character throwing a frog, or some other person beneath me.

Play with sounds on

sounds on is a must for that and (personally) i keep a constant look at my frog counter to be certain that it was thrown, but i know that it can be a little bit overwhelming, specially when doing the marlin rank

jubbly is just rough in general. tempor was pretty fun to learn and get the hang of and from what Ive seen the gwineth one is pretty good too once you get the hang of it. jubbly just has so much going on and so much lag and you have to manage turning while grabbing toads while clicking your wind mote and you have to cut some corners very tight and if youre 1 pixel off you hit the crap and slow down its just obnoxious tbh

Wow yea I had to go back and run the course again to see if I could hear it, and I was just totally not registering the frog ribbit audio queue. I honestly assumed it was just part of the music lol. It's quite a bit more subtle than the crate pickup audio queue in my opinion, but I'm glad it exists regardless.
I still think the idea might be a good one to implement, if not just because it might be a helpful thing for people with audio impairments.
