Describe the issue (include in-game location and description of activity when it happened): Opened a prying crate south of Port Piscarilius, was along the beach of the Hosidian Sea. I drank the concoction and my character blacked out and woke up with nothing. No way to retrieve and unsure where they are. About 1.5m in gear/items. I was also under the effects of another prying crate concoction that was causing me to lose 8 hp.
I did not reach 0 hp when drinking the 2nd and it was not a death.
