#Payment processing issues with Jagex store

I recently bought a few bonds from the Jagex store to trade/help my friend start out. They pulled money from my PayPal, but Jagex has been stuck "processing" it now for almost a week. I am posting here before calling PayPal to cancel the transaction since I cannot cancel in process transactions in the account. Never experienced this before. Thanks!

I would like to add I have emailed Jagex with no response.

Hi there, you can try contacting a jmod through live chat after interacting with the Scaper bot, they will be able to look into it on the spot

You can also file a ticket if you can't do that but I think live chat will be best, it will be an option after interacting with Scaper down the line during that time period
