Mod Leche (RuneScape) blocked my jagex account because he/she thinks i bought accounmt, but I can prove it that i am owner, i have all cards/ paypal created info all emails i own domains.. etc.. Just tell me what to do.. in website i cant get help because i cant log in..

Can you post a screenshot of what you mean by blocked?

Your Jagex Account has most likely been disabled because you had an account on there that did not belong to you, and the owner recovered it. I would suggest opening up a ticket here: https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000062689 - Select the option I think my account's been hijacked as the contact reason. You will receive an automated email that you need to respond to shortly after opening your ticket.
