Hello, I wrote before regarding a ban for bot busting for literally just half afking on the crab on my phone. I gave them all the info I had regarding my shift work on a steel mill and videos on my gameplay, I even gave them my schedule so they could see when I was at work and killing the crab, yet they still answered with the same auto generated answer saying im cheating. Now im afraid to even play the game cause they randomly just going to ban me for bot busting for playing the game? Has anyone ever had a similiar experience, I feel incredibly let down the game I've payed money and time to play. I still love the game but I dont know why they would treat me like this. And since the second appeal got denied there is just nothing to do anymore?

Frankly speaking, there's nothing much you can do at this point for this account since the second appeal has been denied - it means they are very sure there was macroing/botting involved. I know it's pretty unclear as they don't show you that evidence for historical reasons like for example bot programmers can't fix what got them detected, etc...
But moving forward it might be good to check that you do not have anything that is interacting with the game such as something that automatically taps the screen for you and that you are using the official OSRS app from the play store AND only playing without the help of anything else. Sorry we can't help you further as we are just players like you though

There is literally no program on my phone nor computer that would cause this, thats why its so stupid. It was a 2 day ban, so I can still play the game but I why would I since I might just get banned anyways?

Yeah unfortunately there's not much we can do here, you'll just have to make sure there's nothing interacting with the game like any third party apps on your phone, and I think you should not run into any further trouble - there are many mobile players AFKing and it's not against the rules to
