I don't know where to start this message but here goes nothing, I've been playing osrs from time to time for a while and like 3 months back I bought membership again. and like 2 weeks ago I got banned for bot busting. I have never once cheated in a game its against my nature to ever do so yet this happens to me. I spent countless of hours afking on sand crabs and now the gemstone crab and to gain xp while im at work since there is alot of downtime when working in a steel mill so having rs on the side keeps me occupied, this is something I,ve done many times. I manually sip the attack potion when its down and just turn my camera around or going into the cave to keep killing the gemstone crab, this is very afkable. There is a setting in the osrs app that allows it to run in the background and this makes it possible to watch stuff like tiktok or streams while playing which I do. Yet something made me get banned for doing this and I have no clue what got them thinking im botting cause of this. And I wrote an appeal cause I thought this must clearly been an misstake but it got denied which shattered me. The ban was temporary however I can still play but now im afraid im just going to get banned if I keep playing, and why should I make a new char if that char might end up banned aswell. Is there any tips for a situation like this cause im extremely sad over this. I had so much to do in rs and now it just feel useless to keep going

I did a second appeal but that was yersterday so I don't expect any answer soon, but the chances seem very slim, even submitted screenshot from the battery setting on my phone in the app and how it usually looks when i watch stream at the same time as im playing and also a bunch of text explaining
It just feels so hopeless and all
I don't know, is it because of the time when im on cause I work to 6 in the morning sometimes and they might think that is unnatural to stay on crab in the middle of the night?

Does it ever happend that they change the verdict on the second appeal, from what I've read it never really happens?
