All clue solve npcs are usually highlighted this one wasnt during one of my clues

can you verify if you completed 'The Feud' quest? I know he has a different name pre-quest completion

Also on a related note, the cypher still translates to "Ali the kebab seller" but should be "ismail the kebab seller"
