Pretty straightforward, add a hiscores bracket for Report -> Ban conversion for players. Maybe eventually add in a cosmetic item for extraordinarily savvy reporters.
This incentivizes players to keep an eye out and adds a funny, albeit productive casual competition. #1022203837265756231

Think similar suggestions have been made in the past, imo the problem with that is once there is a highscore or reward, people will just literally report anyone just to get them. It would completely overload the jmods and lead to a lot of false bans probably

I bet at some point someone would create their own bot farm just to report them and get on the hiscores too

Also its a way to get on highscores that isnt produceable by jagex, so in periods where jagex mass bans bots, you would be penalized by not being able to find a lot of bots to report. Considering if there is a highscore your goal would be to rise on it in rank.
